With the festive spirit all around us, there’s plenty to be happy about, and we would love to spread some Christmas joy! Enter our Christmas competition between the 14th-21st December and you could win one of these incredible prizes: 

  • Magnum of Moët & Chandon Champagne worth £100.    

And for the main prize… 

  • A 2-night trip to Paris for two including train tickets on the Eurostar, and 4-star boutique hotel accommodation at Hôtel de Buci, worth over £1000.   

Now that we’ve planted the idea of a romantic dinner at Scott’s, or eating fresh, buttery pastries & drinking champers overlooking the Eiffel Tower, here’s how to enter our 2021 Christmas Competition!

Competition Terms and Conditions 

  1. The competition is open to readers over 18 years old only.

  4. This competition is open to UK residents only.
  5. Douglas & Gordon staff are not permitted to enter.
  6. The prize is as described, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  7. The prize is subject to availability.
  8. Only one entry per person will be counted.
  9. Winners will be selected at random using a random generator. 
    COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN 
  10. In order to be eligible to win, entrants should follow us on one of our social channels, and must go online to douglasandgordon.com and fill in their names, last name, contact number and postcode in order to enter.
  11. Entry into the competition as well as ticking the check box is your acceptance of the rules and terms & conditions.
  12. The grand prize to Paris includes Eurostar train tickets and two nights' accommodation for two guests in a hotel chosen by Douglas & Gordon, on dates chosen by the winner. These dates are not applicable over peak high season dates eg: Easter & Christmas. The total prize amount will equal £1000. The winner will not be compensated for any additional costs. 
  13. To enter French territory, a COVID certificate is mandatory for everyone over the age of 12 years and two months. Travellers under 12 do not have to take a test. A COVID certificate proves the vaccination status, negative test result or recovery of its holder. Note: Foreign visitors must pay a fee for tests in France.
  14. The prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, visas, COVID-19 tests or transfers. 
  15. The winner and their guest must have a full valid passport (with validity for 6 months or more beyond the date of travel) 
  16. The prize to Scott’s includes a meal for two people with a budget of £150 only. Anything over and above this amount will be covered by the winner.
  17. All entries must be received by the closing date in order to be considered for the three prizes.
