Ideal Home Show
This is your last chance to visit the Ideal Home Show at Olympia London for its 107th year, on until 6th April 2015. Ideal Home is the world's biggest home show which, since its launch at Olympia in 1908, has been helping to transform Britain’s homes and gardens for decades. From kitchens and bathrooms, to bedrooms and basements, from fixtures and fittings to fine food, gardens and the latest gadgets, plus fashion, beauty and gifts, you’ll find it all under one roof at this award-winning show. Doors will open at 10am. Ticket prices start from £12.
O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire
April is a jam-packed month, with a variety of performances taking place at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. See the Subways, Wolf Alice, Robin Trower, Circa Waves and Wilko Johnson to name but a few. Dates, times and ticket prices vary.
Eventim Apollo
Don’t miss an array of performances at Eventim Apollo this April. You can expect to see ‘Michael Ball’. ‘Seasick Steve’, ‘Gad Elmaleh’, ‘Lynyrd Skynyrd’, ‘Jimmy Carr’, ‘Status Quo’ and ‘Pentatonix’. Show dates, times and ticket prices vary.
Olympia Record Fair
This is the biggest record fair of its kind and takes place at Olympia Central on Saturday, 25th April. This is your chance to browse through a premier selection of rare and deleted vinyl, meet other music fans and barter with the record collecting business. From punk to pop and reggae to R'n'B, you're sure to find something to suit your taste and style. Also on offer - CDs, books, posters, autographs, memorabilia and record players to ensure your collection is the best around. Doors will open 10am.
Fulham Palace
Visit Fulham Palace during April and enjoy a selection of events such as Easter trails, museum drop-ins, the young archaeologists’ club and the monthly historical tours or garden walks to view the country residence of the Bishop of London, Lord of the Manor of Fulham, which in the last century became his only home.
Mall Galleries
Visit the Mall Galleries this April and tour the ‘Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours’, ‘Tina Jenkins: Hystoria’, ‘Royal Society of Portrait Painters’, ‘Inside Portraits’ or ‘Pink Lady Food Photography of the Year 2015’ exhibitions. For a full show list, dates and times, see website.

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Visit the St John’s market on North End Road in Fulham. Browse through beautiful handmade crafts, gifts, new and old handbags, dress jewellery and much more - held weekly every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8am until 2pm.
Brook Green Market
West London’s Brook Green Market at Addison Primary School in Addison Gardens is a one-stop-shop for fantastically fresh produce, on-trend street food, innovative master classes and maybe even somewhere to meet some new foodie friends!The market is open every Saturday from 10am-3pm.
Partridges Food Market
With 70 diverse stalls selling everything from cakes to speciality breads, and cheese to pies, this gourmet food market sees small producers, farmers and start-up businesses sharing their passion and expertise with the public. The market takes place every Saturday from 10am until 4pm at Duke of York Square. It is a great place to buy lunch with international stalls selling sushi, Caribbean dishes, Moroccan cuisine and empanadas from Argentina. Stalls include The Ethiopian Coffee Company, Fatman Chilli, Comptoir Gourmand, the French Patisserie and The Pancake Man.
Comedy Store
As always you can enjoy the ‘Best in Stand Up’ at the Comedy Store every weekend this April. Doors will open at 7.30pm. Ticket prices start from £14.
Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty
The exhibition will showcase McQueen’s visionary body of work. Spanning his 1992 MA graduate collection to his unfinished A/W 2010 collection, McQueen’s designs will be presented with the dramatic staging and sense of spectacle synonymous with his runway shows.This display runs until 2nd August 2015 at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

Live Music in the Theatre
The Bedford Live brings a selection of the finest new acts to the Globe Theatre on Friday, 3rd April and Monday, 6th April. Find out which artists are performing on which days. Doors will open at 7.30pm. Entry is free.
The Piazza
Visit the Love Wimbledon Market at the Piazza this Easter weekend from the 3rd – 4th April. Enjoy over 20 stalls featuring Easter themed treats, live music and other entertaining acts. Doors will open at 11am. Entry is free.
Polka Theatre
Take the kids out to see one of the many stories showing at the Polka Theatrethis month, including ‘Operation Magic Carpet’, ‘Joseph Coelho’s Werewolf Club Rules’, ‘World of Stories and Music’, ‘Whatever the Weather’ and ‘My Friend mole’. Show dates and times vary. Ticket prices start from £11.50.

Visit the Venn Street Market on the A3 just off the South Circular. Stop by for some locally sourced fresh seasonal fruit and veg; fresh Dorset fish from day boats; organic and free range meat, milk, eggs and poultry; artisan breads; award-winning cheeses; charcuterie; gluten free, vegan and vegetarian sweets and savouries; and pastries, cakes, tarts and brownies. Alice in Wonderland Workshop
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, experience the one day Alice in Wonderland workshop on Friday, 10th April. All the arts, crafts and activities will be Alice in Wonderland themed. Doors will open at 10am. Ticket prices are £25.
Just Sing: The Sound of Music
Take your family to the popular singing workshop to celebrate the return of The Sound of Music, one of the greatest musicals of all time, to New Wimbledon Theatre on Saturday, 11th April! Sing the greatest hits from The Sound of Music, including Edelweiss, My Favourite Things, Climb Ev’ry Mountain and Do-Re-Mi. Doors will open at 10.30am.

Boat Race Exhibition
Visit the Crewroom Pop-Up Store at The Exchange Shopping Centre in Putney until Saturday, 20th April. Experience a set of rare archive photographs, dating back through the last century. Displayed in the borough where the world-famous race is being held on the River Thames on Saturday, 11th April and televised to more than 100 countries worldwide.
