Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where did you grow up? Whereabouts do you live now?
I grew up in Chelsea and I now live North Kensington.
How long have you been an estate agent for?
I have been an agent for 9 years.
How long have you worked for D&G? What’s the greatest thing about working for them?
I’ve been with Douglas & Gordon for 8 years now. It’s the best company to work for in property and I love my office!
When you’re not in the office or showing people around, what do you do in your spare time?
I spend most of my time hanging out with my 1 year old son.
What questions do you most commonly get asked by clients/customers?
Where can you get your hair done?
What advice do you have for people looking to buy or rent in Chelsea?
Be realistic. You will probably have to compromise on some aspects.
What do you love about Chelsea? What are your favourite hangouts? Where do you grab your coffee in the morning, or take a business lunch?
I go to Phat Phuc noodles for lunch every day. They have the best Vietnamese street food! I also love La Bottega for coffee and fresh orange juice in the morning. Finally, the Brasserie on Brompton Cross is perfect for business meetings.
What would you say to anyone looking to move into the area?
You are surrounded by everything you could want - it’s truly an experience to live in the area, plus it’s great for celebrity spotting!
If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about the property market, what would it be?
People who think they predict the property market and tell you how to do your job.
